Building GenZPhone, a phone store for a client in Banda Aceh

GenZPhone is a client project: a new and used phone store in Banda Aceh that needed an online home for its stock and its customers. My job was to turn what the store needed into a website that is easy to use for buyers and admins alike.

Helping buyers choose

Buying a phone, especially a used one, takes confidence. So I organized the catalog to let buyers separate new from used phones, check availability from the store's inventory, and understand each unit's condition before deciding.

Still feels like talking to the store

Consultation and payment stay with the admin, matching how this store serves its customers. The website is the bridge: buyers choose first, then continue the conversation directly with the team.

More than a catalog

The store also runs a reseller program and a trade-in service, so each has its own page. There are also activity and order tracking pages so customers can follow their orders.

What I learned

Client work taught me to follow how the business actually runs instead of forcing a generic online store flow onto it. A good website supports the way a store already serves its customers.
